The Fair
Three eventful days at the exhibition: Universities and institutes represented by dedicated staff, alongside engaging seminars, workshops, competitions, and Zankoline support centers.
What to Expect at the Exhibition
At the booths, you will speak directly with admissions officers, not marketing staff. Admission requirements and tuition fees are transparently displayed. The "Zankoline Clinic" in Hall C is fully operational; simply bring your grades and phone, and our staff will assist you until your application is submitted. The event focuses on providing factual guidance without any high-pressure sales tactics.
Who is Exhibiting?
The exhibition is built around institutions capable of providing immediate, direct answers to students. To maintain a purely academic environment, commercial exhibitors are seated in a separate designated area.
- Public and private universities/institutes from the Kurdistan Region and Federal Iraq.
- International universities from Turkey, Jordan, the Gulf, Europe, and North America.
- Scholarship providers, language testing centers, and financial aid consultants.
- Vocational institutes and technical training centers.
The Exhibition Layout
The Cultural Factory is structured into three interconnected halls on a single level. The floor plan is displayed at every entrance and is available for download on our website.
- Hall A: International universities and premium booths.
- Hall B: Regional and Iraqi institutions, plus the Day 1 Conference.
- Hall C: Zankoline Clinic, Scholarship Desk, and Seminar/Workshop rooms.
Seminars, Workshops & Competitions
Approximately 40 sessions will take place over the three days, including application clinics, keynote speeches, parent sessions on funding education, and student competitions. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your preferred sessions.
Planning your visit
Entry is entirely free. While pre-registration is optional, having a QR Code badge ensures a seamless experience. Register online beforehand to receive your digital badge directly via WhatsApp.
- Bring your grades: A clear photo on your phone is sufficient for most universities.
- ID Required: Necessary if you plan to take language tests or open a scholarship file.
- Parking: Free parking is available behind Hall C.
- Best time to visit: Day 1 is the busiest. For a quieter, more relaxed conversation, we recommend visiting on the afternoon of Day 3.
